To help yourself as well as the peoples surrounding you, be clear as to which topics are fine to be talked about and which ones are not. For instance, some women are feel okay talking about the D&G process but some find it difficult to talk about their future pregnancy plans.

 Give yourself a break – Some couples need a certain time before they can finally go back to the social scene. If you do not feel like you're ready to face the world just yet, do not pressure yourself. Take time off work or your city life. You can even use this time as the perfect chance to visit your parents or maybe your sister. You may also ask your partner to accompany you on a few days of relaxation getaway. Doing so will keep your mind off the sad event.

 Find ways to commemorate your child. While some parents find it hard to commemorate their child, doing so can actually turn the negative situation into a helpful one. For instance, you can hold a memorial service or maybe plant a tree in your backyard. You may also create an online site sharing your experiences about the event. These activities may be very simple and yet they can help put closure and hopefully, start new hopes.

Having a miscarriage can be very traumatic. Surround yourself with a bunch of support groups – may be through your parents, relatives, co-workers, friends, even online buddies – with whom you can share your difficult time with. You can also get miscarriage help and support from your doctors who will make you realize that miscarriage cases are very normal and therefore, there are millions of other women in this world who share the same sentiments that you have.
